Founder & CEO of Mountin.

I’m building Mountin, an AI-native merchandising platform. It brings together the learnings from my product and engineering career and the challenges I’ve experienced first-hand in retail.

Before Mountin, I worked at On and Highsnobiety. During my five-plus years at On, one of the fastest-growing sports brands, I experienced its hypergrowth first-hand, helping build and solve some of the major challenges that came with it. Those learnings now inform the problems I’m taking on at Mountin.

I share the work as it happens — what I’m trying, what I’m learning, and the tools and decisions that shape the journey of building the company. I post more often on X and LinkedIn; this journal gives those thoughts a little more room.
